Because it is a great skill to have.

Imagine if there is a zombie apocalypse, who is more likely to survive?

      a) engineers because they can fix stuff and make things out of bits of rubbish so they can escape
      b) those who can run fast (it’s true I’ve seen it in the movies)

I want to teach people about engineering because if I hadn’t been introduced to it as a career route by my tutor at college then I would have never known it existed! That’s why I do as much STEM Ambassador activities as I can, so I can make sure other people know how to get into engineering as a career and how fun and interesting it is. I’m very thankful to my tutor to suggesting engineering to me as a career as I really enjoy it and I couldn’t think doing anything else.
