This is really simple for me: I get to make new things. Currently it’s Cars and in my previous job it was planes, but you never know…one day it could be boats, iPads, space ships – there really is no limit!

Good question. I enjoy the challenges that engineering brings. I considered myself to have a creative mind and I use this to my advantage when problem solving. I find that sometimes you can find the best solution via very unorthodox means. And when something works against all odds its the best feeling in the world.

Good question and good answers from Ryan and Christine.
For me, it’s the feeling that I’m solving problems that will have a real impact on the world. The feeling that I can come up with a solution to a problem, and then get to build it, test it and show everyone that it works – that’s priceless!
