My favourite thing about working in a group is being able to bounce ideas off one another. If you explain your idea to the group one of the other members might think of something else that you haven’t already which could make your idea even better. On the other hand other members can challenge your idea if they think that it will not work. Working in a team always allows you to come up with the best idea possible than working alone.

My favourite thing about working in a group is splitting up the work! Imagine how much work you’d have to do by yourself if you weren’t able to work in a group 😉 In a good group, everyone has their own strengths, so it’s really helpful to split up the tasks according to what each person does best. This makes teamwork more efficient.

I also like working in groups, because otherwise I would have to talk to myself and that would become irritating after awhile. I think a good team has lots of individuals that bring different skills and knowledge. I have yet to find out what my specialism is, but I keep on trying.
