      Hi Erin,

This is good question. I have made mistakes at work, everyone does, especially when you first start a new job and it involves quite a lot of complex calculations.

To make sure we catch these small simple mistakes early and stop them turning into a big problem further on into the project, we always check each other’s work in our team. This is a great way to work as it means that if someone does spot a mistake you can change it and also more importantly you can learn from it, so you don’t make it again next time. It is important that we don’t blame each other when someone makes a mistake in our team as this would stop us working together and ultimately mean we don’t complete our project on time. We always work together to try and fix a mistake if we find one no matter who made it.
