      Hi Victoria,
      I just wanted to try something new! I knew I wanted to get a postgraduate degree, and I thought, why not on the other side of the world?
      It taught me many things, like how to be independent, how to take care of myself, how to manage my money (so that I didn’t have to ask my parents for any!!).
      While I was there, I met so many different people, including my PhD supervisor who recommended me to Oxford University.
      It literally changed the course of my life and is one of the best decisions I’ve made 🙂
