      Hi Ozzy,

I think the most pressure that is put on me is by myself. I would not say I am a perfectionist but I do like things to be right and to look good too.

I am lucky that my team consider me to be an expert in my field, so they assume that I will always get the job done well, and I like that my team have confidence in my abilities. It’s a real boost when I have been scratching your head all day trying to find the elusive solution to a problem.

      Hi Ozzy,
There can be a lot of pressure but as Christine said, most of it is pressure from myself to do a very good job.

Sometimes the best thing to do is to take 10 minutes and try to relax, its surprising how often problems can be resolved with a fresh set of eyes. I am very lucky to work with some great engineers so the pressure can be shared at times.
